Irish food company to open ten new stores, create 150 jobs

DUBLIN, Ireland - As part of its latest expansion drive, the Irish food company Freshly Chopped has announced plans to launch ten new stores.

The company, which currently has outlets across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Cyprus and Britain has stated that its ten new outlets will be operations before Christmas.

The new store count includes its first ever outlet in Manchester, and its second outlet in Cyprus.  

Further, the company's expansion drive will lead to the creation of 150 new jobs. 

Freshly Chopped explained that its expansion drive comes on the back of its successful franchise programme, and strategic partnerships.

The company recently tied up with BWG, Maxol, the Mount Charles Group, Aramark and Corrib Oil.

Freshly Chopped said in its announcement that the new jobs being offered will be created for both part time and full time positions. 

Brian Lee, co-founder and MD of Freshly Chopped, said in a statement, "We are delighted to be accelerating our growth across four different markets. These 10 new stores showcase the success of our growth programme that we have used to continue the revolution in healthy fast food."
