Foundry III rings up one of S.F.'s highest price-per-sq.-ft. sales

Foundry III was a visible sign that the effects of the Great Recession -- which ravaged San Francisco's commercial real estate industry -- was waning.

The project, developed by Tishman Speyer, was the first speculative ground-up office building in the city built since 2007.
