Chase Park Plaza to be sold for $94 million
The Dallas-based owner of the Chase Park Plaza has agreed to sell the 11-story luxury hotel and residential development along Kingshighway Boulevard in the Central West End.
According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Behringer Harvard, through its Opportunity REIT I fund, agreed to sell the property for $94 million to Hospitality Properties Trust, a Boston-area real estate investment trust.
The filing says Hospitality Properties has made a $6 million deposit on the property...
