For third time, redevelopment floated for Rocklin golf course
Redevelopment of a defunct Rocklin golf course may be on the verge of a major step forward.
Next week, Rocklin city councilmembers will consider a resolution to begin talks about buying 27 acres of the former Sunset Whitney Golf Course. The 183-acre course at 4201 Midas Ave. has been closed since 2015. The property has also been known as Rocklin Golf Club.
