AG Healey says she'll sue if needed to protect the state's health care market
Attorney General Maura Healey is prepared to protect the Massachusetts health insurance market from upheaval, even if it means suing the federal government.
Healey talked about her approach during a discussion of the Affordable Care Act, also referred to as Obamacare, at the Boston Business Journal offices. She said her office has an interest in making sure that people had continued access to health insurance.
