Matt Arst has learned important business lessons in a career that has taken him from his hometown of Wichita to Texas and back again.
A family business of more than 120 years, office furniture dealership Goldsmith's Inc. closed due to bankruptcy in the early 2000s. Arst transitioned into the insurance business, taking lessons learned about trying to grow too much too fast with him.
