Large Louisville insurance firm acquires agency
One of Louisville's largest independent insurance agencies has purchased a fellow insurance company and brought on its employees.
AssuredPartners NL on Thursday announced it had acquired Nashville, Tenn.-based Van Meter Insurance Group, and will add its six employees to its team, according to a news release.
Van Meter Insurance specializes in property and casualty insurance.
