Metro East businessmen acquire home health agency
Two Metro East businessmen have teamed up to acquire an Illinois home health services provider, with an eye on expanding the company.
Jeff Stassi of Wood River and Steve Boyd of Edwardsville acquired Effingham, Illinois-based Central Illinois Care Services (CICS), which provides home health services in 18 counties in central and southern Illinois. Stassi declined to disclose the terms of the deal other than to say it was a 'more than seven-figure purchase.'
