Economist: Trump will spur real estate, jobs if he avoids trade wars, gets real on immigration
Donald Trump has the potential to propel economic growth, job gains and real estate market when he takes over as U.S. president next month.
That is according to economist Elliott Pollack.
But Pollack also said Trump needs to avoid trade wars and understand the needs for immigrant workers in construction and other industries.
