Ten-story residential development proposed in Van Ness corridor
A 10-story, 118-unit residential development by Golden Van Building LLC is planned on the corner of Golden Gate and Van Ness Avenues.
The development at 540 Van Ness Ave. would rise to 110 feet and contain 8,710 square feet of ground-floor retail along with 103 market-rate units and 15 affordable units, according to a preliminary project assessment (PPA).
