Jacksonville's Black Knight, FNFV to become standalone companies
Jacksonville-headquartered Fidelity National Financial Inc. (NYSE: FNF) plans to divest itself of its ownership of Black Knight Financial Services Inc. (NYSE: BKFS) and make Fidelity National Financial Ventures a stand-alone public company.
FNF Chairman Bill Foley said he believes the move will allow Fidelity National Financial's stock price to be more fairly evaluated.
