Although Sprint Corp. lost 427,000 prepaid customers in its second quarter, it more than managed to make up for the loss. In addition to 823,000 wholesale and affiliate net additions, the Overland Park telecommunications company brought in 344,000 postpaid additions, making for a net gain of 740,000 connections.
Sprint's postpaid churn also hit a record low, at 1.37 percent, for the most recent quarter.
