PanARMENIAN.Net - Muse have shared a cryptic teaser for their so-called "Halloween Special" on Twitter, NME reveals.

Because the clip gives next to nothing away, fans are now speculating as to exactly what the Muse Halloween Special could involve.

Some are tweeting that it could be a one-off Halloween-themed gig, while others have suggested the band might be preparing to drop new music.

"Chances are MuseHalloweenSpecial is the three of them dressing as pumpkins together saying happy halloween and tbh i would love that," another tweeted.

Meanwhile, Muse's ambitious plans for their next world tour have been revealed, with their director claiming that the band want to 'levitate on magnets'.

The Devonshire trio have recently come off the road from their huge 'Drones' world tour - which saw them not only headline Glastonbury but play a run of arenas and stadiums with an adventurous stage show that saw them perform 'in the round'.

Renowned for their extravagant live set up, now it looks like the band could be stepping up their game even further for future shows.

"It is ridiculous, but trying to dream up something more adventurous is always our challenge, where does the next bolt of lightning come where you capture the essence of it and trying to put it into a record or a tour, it's definitely my permanent challenge," the band's tour director Glen Rowe said at the MUSEXPO conference, reports Music Week.

"We want to do a stage made of magnets so the band can levitate on other magnets. It's those questions that keep me awake every night of my life. If there are any magnet technicians out there, please come and see me because that's what we're trying to achieve."

Meanwhile, frontman Matt Bellamy recently teased that the band could play a more intimate club tour - in which their setlist is comprised of requests made by fans.
