Retail construction starts at Chandler mega development, Panera inks lease
Construction has started on one of the retail components at the 25-acre Chandler Viridian development in the East Valley.
Winlee Development ' arm of Winfield Lee Investments ' has started building a 24,000-square-foot retail center this week.
The Viridian development is located at the juncture of the Loops 101 and 202 next to Chandler Fashion Square.
The area is one of the busiest commercial hubs in the state.
