As open enrollment approaches on Nov. 1, Florida Blue is investing in ramping up its presence in the individual health care exchanges set up by the Affordable Health Care Act while other providers, like Aetna and United Health Care, are pulling out.
The state health care provider has opened up retail locations in the St. Johns Town Center, River City Marketplace and at the Riverside YMCA at a time when many residents statewide could find themselves out of coverage in the new calendar year.
