South Lake Union building lands big tech tenant, and you get one guess who it is
Amazon has leased all of the office space in a building at 428 Westlake Ave. N. in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood, Vulcan Real Estate announced Wednesday.
Amazon (Nasdaq: AMZN) will occupy 81,000 square feet in the top five five floors of the six-story building, replacing previous tenant Tommy Bahama, which moved to a new building in the South Lake Union neighborhood about a year ago.
