Aston Martin-branded condo launches amid market slowdown
U.K.-based Aston Martin has partnered with Miami-based G and G Business Developments on the first branded condo project from the luxury auto maker. The Aston Martin Residences will rise from a 1.25-acre site to the east of the Epic Hotel in downtown Miami, which was purchased for $125 million in 2014.
The buyers of the land could have purchased 600 Aston Martins for what they paid, but instead, they're partnering with the auto maker on the nearly 400-unit project.
