Bham marketing firm acquires Nashville agency
Birmingham's Lewis Communications on Wednesday announced the acquisition of Caddis, a Nashville-based digital marketing firm.
The acquisition doubles the size of Lewis' digital team, adding 20 employees to the company's roster. Caddis co-founder Jake Fagan will take over the Lewis digital team and work to expand the firm's capabilities in search engine optimization, content marketing and app development.
