Former local businessman Alan Fabian to be released from prison
Former Baltimore businessman Alan Fabian, who has been serving a nine-year prison sentence for committing mail fraud and tax evasion, will be released on Nov. 6.
Fabian, the founder of Strategic Partners International Inc., pleaded guilty in 2008 to charges he sold and leased back $32 million in computer equipment.
