Florida investor buys newly built Dallas Farmers Market community
A newly built apartment community in Dallas' Farmers Market has sold to Delray Beach, Florida-based Mindful Capital Group for an undisclosed sum.
The real estate investment firm acquired the 313-unit apartment community, named Alta Farmers Market, at 1110 S. Cesar Chavez Drive from the seller, Wood Partners LLC. HFF marketed the property on behalf of Wood Partners.
