R.L. Worth lost a 57K-sf lease, but gained a new finish-out strategy

R.L. Worth Associates "wasn't too happy" when a lease agreement with health insurance provider Anthem to occupy 57,000 square feet at Heritage Oaks III fell through in August.

But rather than drop the would-have-been tenant's plan to finish out space it will never occupy, the local office developer is investing its own money to attract a new tenant to the vacant far North Central San Antonio property.
