Woodlands-based frac sand company launches IPO
The Woodlands-based Smart Sand Inc. has commenced its previously announced initial public offering and released additional details.
The IPO will offer more than 10.6 million shares ' 9.1 million of which the company will sell, with selling stockholders offering the rest. Underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.59 million shares from the selling stockholders.
