Marietta City Council approves 17-acre residential development
A new 16.9-acre residential development in Marietta will move forward after gaining approval from the Marietta City Council.
According to the Marietta Daily Journal, Lennar Georgia LLC will redevelop the site of the boarded-up Wynhaven Apartments at the corner of Powder Springs and Gramling streets into 52 single-family homes and 86 townhouses.
The homes will be priced from $200,000 to $300,000. The proposed name of the development is Promenade at the Square.
