Appalachian Ohio lags other regions in broadband access despite millions in federal investment

Appalachian Ohio still has the lowest availability of high-speed internet access, and the lowest adoption rates by consumers where broadband is available, despite some $75 million in federal loans and grants through the 2009 stimulus bill and other programs for improving rural broadband infrastructure.
