Enercare Inc. Announces Monthly Dividend

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - October 20, 2016) - Enercare Inc. ("Enercare") (TSX: ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.077 per common share for the month of October 2016. The dividend will be payable on November 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2016. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
