His choice: Piloting over medical school

When Erik Dittrich was in his 20s, he traded in medical school to pursue his passion ' flying planes. Today, he works for IntegraOptics, an Albany company that owns two planes. Integra uses the planes for company travel and when not in use, charters the flights with Altius Aviation in Syracuse, which holds the air agency certificate.
