N.J. casino license bill 'ill-advised,' limits Icahn's future investment in A.C.

Carl Icahn warned New Jersey lawmakers that a bill concerning the reopening of shuttered Atlantic City casinos is "ill-advised" and "unconscionable" as the state Senate prepares to vote on Thursday on the legislation.

Tony Rodio, the CEO of Tropicana Entertainment which oversees the shuttered Trump Taj Mahal, defending the billionaire investor in a statement Wednesday, pointing to Icahn's previous investment in Atlantic City, according to the Associated Press.
