Mequon company plans $30M plant in Dayton area
A Wisconsin company is proposing a new $30 million facility in Tipp City, Ohio, that could mean 200 new jobs for the area.
Mequon-based Gateway Plastics Inc., a plastics injection molding company, looks to set up a 300,000-square-foot plastics manufacturing plant in the city just outside Dayton that would begin with 50 jobs in the first year and then ramp up to 125 and 200 in the second and third years of its operation, said Brad Vath, assistant city manager for the city.
