TestAmerica, which has 100 employees in Amherst, acquired by Chinese company
The acquisition of TestAmerica, which has about 100 employees at an office in Amherst, has been finalized. The deal was initially announced in June.
The firm, which is based in North Canton, Ohio, will become part of China-based JTSI Group, which designs transportation systems and does environmental monitoring. JTSI is traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and has a market capitalization over $1.5 billion.
