Billionaire Bob Parsons buys Scottsdale center for $73M

Billionaire GoDaddy founder Bob Parsons is buying more real estate.

A real estate group headed by Parsons has bought a Class A Scottsdale shopping center for $72.5 million

An arm of Parsons YAM Properties has bought the Sonora Village shopping center at Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and the Loop 101 in Scottsdale.

The property totals 269,400 square feet.

It is home to a Best Buy, Staples, Studio Movie Grill, O.H.S.O Brewery, Four Peaks Brewery and a new Zen Asian Kitchen restaurant.
