L.A. developer buys Hard Rock building

Irongate, the Los Angeles developer behind Trump International Hotel Waikiki and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach, has purchased the Hard Rock Cafe-anchored 280 Beach Walk building and its parking lot in Waikiki for $60.6 million, Pacific Business News has learned.
