FCC's landlord accused of pushing 'unsupported conspiracy theory' in HQ search
Lawyers for the federal government accused the owner of a Southwest D.C. office building of creating an "unsupported conspiracy theory" involving two major real estate firms in a bid to keep the Federal Communications Commission from moving its headquarters to another site in the District.
