Downing's case against Syngenta certified as class action
In a big win for a St. Louis lawyer, a federal district judge in Kansas Monday ruled that more than 440,000 claims against Syngenta may proceed as a class action.
Don Downing of the Gray, Ritter Graham firm in St. Louis is one of four lawyers nationwide named in 2014 to lead the lawsuits filed against the Swiss seed and chemical company across the country.
