New brewery finds location in city
Rockwell Beer Co. has found a home.
The new brewery, set to open in the spring, will lease 12,000 square feet at 1320 S. Vandeventer Ave. in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood. V Three Studios is the architect on the $2 million project, and Bank of Franklin County is financing it, according to a release. Park Central Development, which works to attract development to the area, assisted with the property search. Mark Dinzler owns the $397,000 property, according to city records.
