Report looks at aggressive sales tactics throughout the banking industry

Wells Fargo is not alone in its aggressive cross-selling sales tactics, according to a report the National Employment Law Project published in June.

The report called 'Banking on the Hard Sell,' found strict sales goals are typical at banks of all sizes across the country. The research also shows how those goals to sell retail banking products can harm both front-line employees and customers.
