Inovalon to acquire specialty pharmacy platform business in $130M deal
Inovalon Holdings Inc. will acquire Pennsylvania-based specialty pharmacy software company Creehan Holding Co. Inc. in a deal worth up to $130 million.
Bowie-based Inovalon (NASDAQ: INOV), which provides cloud-based analytic and intervention platforms to the health care industry, will pay $105 million at closing and additional contingency payments of $25 million based on financial performance through 2018.
