Fast-growing airline boosts initiative to hire more pilots
In a further attempt to draw more pilots, PSA Airlines has unveiled a new pay package that includes wage hikes, increased sign-on bonuses and retention bonuses.
The Dayton-based airline, a regional carrier of American Airlines, calls the package a milestone in its recruiting mission.
'PSA's new pilot compensation program is a true game-changer for our airline and we are proud to offer the highest first-year compensation in the regional industry,' said Dion Flannery, president of PSA Airlines.
