A Phoenix Fashion Week designer is collaborating with a Tempe app company to develop her lifestyle brand into an app that marries people's love for fashion and travel.
Isy Obi, a clothing designer from Georgetown in the Caribbean's Cayman Islands, beat out 12 other designers in this year's crop to win the opportunity in a Phoenix Fashion Week competition earlier this month.
