Software startup scores VC from some Bham heavy hitters
A Birmingham software startup focused on the nonprofit sector recently scored a venture capital infusion from several heavy hitters in the Birmingham business and nonprofit world.
Swell Fundraising raised $500,000 total from Gillian Goodrich, Charles Goodrich, the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham's Brooke Coleman and Liz Pharo, who is chair of Momentum Telecom.
