Orlando's real estate market below average, new study shows
Although the Central Florida residential real estate market is showing some stronger signs over the past year, the Orlando metro area still ranks below average in a new WalletHub study of 2016's Best Real Estate Markets.
To rank the metros, WalletHub compared 300 U.S. cities across 16 key metrics, ranging from median home-price appreciation to housing affordability and job growth rate.
