German video game publisher sues Cary indy developer over game name
A German video game publisher is suing an indy developer in Cary over the name of a game that hasn't yet been released.
German firm Kalypso Media, the developer behind titles such as 'Tropico' and 'Sins of a Solar Empire," has filed a federal lawsuit against Cary-based Radioactive-Software, asking it to stop threatening lawsuits over the title of a new video game it's preparing to release in January.
