Ebix CEO Robin Raina may get a million dollar raise
The CEO of an Atlanta-based insurance software company may be getting a million dollar raise.
Johns Creek, Ga.-based Ebix Inc.(Nasdaq: EBIX) reported Aug. 26 that its compensation committee and chairman of the company's audit committee proposed to the company's board of directors to increase the annual salary of CEO Robin Raina to $2,400,000.
In 2015, Raina's salary was $1.3 million, according to its proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
