Anheuser-Busch InBev SA (NYSE: BUD) has extended its distribution contract with Craft Brew Alliance Inc. (Nasdaq: BREW) for another 10 years and plans to brew more of its beer, including products from Hawaii's Kona Brewing Co., under a new brewing agreement.
