Cheniere Energy's top female exec leaves company
Meg Gentle has left Cheniere Energy Inc. (NYSE: LNG), according to an Aug. 26 release agreement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She was the Houston-based company's top female executive.
Gentle had served as Cheniere's executive vice president of marketing since 2014 and held various roles since joining the company in 2004. At one time, she was named among the highest-paid female executives at publicly traded energy companies.
