Forget the triple IPA's and herb-infused amber ales. Gilman Brewing is focusing their efforts on making "accessible, unpretentious beers" to add to the East Bay's booming beverage scene.
"Our focus is on making beer that people can pronounce and enjoy," said founder Sean Wells. "We like beer but I'm not trying to convert anybody into the religion here."
