Comcast's seventh local Xfinity store is opening in Cherry Hill next month, and the new location puts on full display the Philadelphia-based cable giant's recent shift in its approach to customer service.
"One of the core concepts behind the stores is improving our overall customer experience and there is no better way to do it then in a face-to-face environment," said Mark Dionne, Comcast's senior director of retail sales.
