It's that time of year again. The time when the smell of fried food stretches up and down York Road in Timonium.
When cars and light rail passengers are constantly flowing in and out of the Maryland State Fairgrounds.
That's right, it's State Fair time.
The festivities kick off today ' with the farm exhibits opening up at 9 a.m., followed by rides at 10 a.m. and the exhibit halls at noon. The fair runs through Sept. 5, so you have plenty to time to get out and see everything.
