ATT and Citigroup: 'Thanks' but no 'ThankYou' to a continued dispute
ATT (NYSE: T) and Citigroup (NYSE: C) won't continue their dispute over similarities between the ways the two express appreciation for their customers, which the latter company launched in June.
Citigroup filed a claim against the Dallas telecommunications giant after it launched 'ATT Thanks' earlier this year.
In it, Citigroup asserted that ATT's new appreciation program would gnaw at its own "ThankYou" branding ' which dates back more than a decade ' causing customer confusion...
