Cleveland developer pursuing potential sale of retail portfolio, including two major Pittsburgh properties

Cleveland-based Forest City Enterprises is undergoing a strategic review to consider selling off its retail assets, a nationwide portfolio of shopping centers that could include Pittsburgh's 12th largest mall, the 870,000-square-foot The Mall at Robinson, and one of the city's biggest tourist attractions, Station Square.

The company is pursuing a strategic plan to sell off its retail assets in order to focus more on its mix of office, apartment and urban mixed-use development.
